ZEECO FLARES OVERVIEW
Zeeco offers a comprehensive selection of flares, flare systems and vapor control equipment for numerous applications including refining, onshore / offshore production, well testing, petrochemical, gas processing, pulp and paper, LNG, pharmaceutical, food processing and landfills.
In addition to standard utility flares, Zeeco custom designs a wide variety of smokeless flares including air assisted flares, steam assisted flares, gas assisted flares, high pressure / low pressure staged flares, sonic flares, multi-point flares, burn pit flares, ground flares and enclosed flares.
Zeeco also provides comprehensive engineering services to design, build and erect multi-million dollar flare projects. Zeeco flare systems include self-supported, guy wire supported or derrick supported flare stacks as well as offshore boom-mounted flares, portable flares and demountable flares. For vapor control we provide vapor collection systems, flare gas recovery systems and vapor combustors.
Auxiliary equipment for flare systems include purge reduction devices such as density seals, velocity seals, liquid seals, knock-out drums and pilot systems. To properly operate the flare, Zeeco offers complete control systems and ignition systems for manual or automatic operation. Zeeco's HEI Electric Ignition is one of the most reliable electronic flare ignition systems on the market today.
In addition to new flare equipment, Zeeco also refurbishes existing flares and provides spare parts for our equipment and that of other major manufacturers.
