The picture in the gallery is Zeeco’s CLSF Min-Emissions combination burner in operation. The reduced NOx emission from oil firing is achieved by “Pseudo Staging” of oil by our CB oil gun design. The result is a burner that can achieve very low NOx emissions with a great turndown. For natural draft applications, the burner is offered with a regen tile for oil stabilization. For forced draft applications, the burner is offered with a regen tile, cone or swirler depending upon the combustion air pressure drop available and customer requirements.

The Zeeco CLSF Minimum Emissions, combination oil & gas burner is an ultra-low emissions burner designed to provide a round flame shape for process type heater applications.

Burner Design Features:

  • Round flame, combination oil & gas burner design
  • Single damper design makes the burner easier to control the excess air though the correct locations within the burner design
  • NOx reduction method: Internal Flue Gas Recirculation (IFGR) by mixing the gas fired from the secondary gas port with the inert products of combustion which lowers thermal NOx production
  • Combustion air induction: natural, forced, induced & balanced draft, or turbine exhaust
  • Mounting options: up-fired, side-fired and down-fired
  • Stable flame over a wide range of conditions
