Zeeco Young Professionals (ZYP)
The ZYP group seeks to inspire, enable, and prepare the future generation of leaders through mentorship, networking, professional development, community involvement, and volunteer opportunities.
Involvement in ZYP includes
- Matching interested members with a tenured employee with several years of industry experience in a mentor/mentee relationship to foster personal and professional growth.
- Holding quarterly meetings to discuss various topics such as career development, company involvement, community outreach, and more.
- Hosting social events that create networking opportunities between members.
- Participating in volunteer, fundraising, and other opportunities to benefit the local community.
