Zeeco offers a wide range of process burners used in industrial furnaces or direct-fired heaters to produce a vital heating source for energy, chemical and manufacturing processes. Depending on the industry, numerous burners may be required for a specific process. Likewise, depending on the furnace (vertical or cylindrical), different burner mountings, such as sidefired, upfired or downfired, may be required to properly operate the furnace.

Zeeco has manufactured reliable, technically advanced control systems for the combustion industry for over 40 years. We utilize a wide variety of industry-standard components to meet customer specifications, including PLC’s, HMI’s, complex relay logic, transmitters for all measurements, and many more optional instruments.
Zeeco can fit any required dimension, and add any specified feature to your fuel skid and controls system. We customize fuel skids for various applications all across the globe, and we can produce Burner Management Systems (BMS) that meet your design specifications. Zeeco’s modern facility utilizes a clean room for constructing all control panels and ignition stations, ensuring our customers receive high-quality components manufactured to the strictest standards.
Our panel shop is UL certified and capable of complying with most worldwide standards, such as ATEX, CSA, and UL certifications. Not only can we conform to IEC and NEC standards, our field service capabilities benefit from experts with years of valuable experience. PackageD Burners
At Zeeco, we design innovative, proven package burners for safe, reliable, and more efficient operation. Zeeco’s package burners deliver big performance, dramatically lower emissions, and turndown capabilities of 10:1 or greater. Our small burner footprint makes ZEECO low-NOx package burners ideal for generating heat and steam in commercial, institutional, and industrial boiler applications. With a robust industrial design, our package burner comes standard with a low motor horsepower (HP) requirements and a sound attenuation system for efficient, quiet operation.
ZEECO package burners offer a short, compact flame to eliminate flame impingement issues on fire tube walls, creating greater flame stability and allowing for consistent heat distribution and lower maintenance costs. Each burner system comes complete with automatic flame monitoring and shut-off, rotary air dampers for precise low torque air control, and a combustion air fan.
- Standard configuration offers less than 30ppm NOx without external flue gas recirculation (FGR)
- 10:1 turndown with constant 3-4% O2 levels throughout the firing rate
- High efficiency backward curve blade design
- Hinged blower housing design for ease of use and service
