Fabrication, assembly, and testing.
Zeeco’s ISO 9001-2015 certified manufacturing and test facility has an area dedicated to the assembly of our Burner Management Systems. Our control panels are constructed and tested in a clean room to prevent contamination caused by nearby fabrication processes that are present within a typical manufacturing environment. Certified welders construct the fuel gas skid piping assemblies and qualified electrical and instrument technicians complete the assemblies by installing wire conduit, cable, and instrument tubing to the applicable standards and codes. Once all fabrication is complete, an internal inspection is conducted on each system and a customer witnessed Factory Acceptance Test is performed, if specified.
