Key Features:

• 1-75MMBtu/hr range in a single heater.

• Standard: 80%-85% Net Thermal Efficiency (NTE). Options are available to increase NTE to 90% with an economizer. 
• 8:1 turndown ratio with standard forced-draft burners.
• Equipped with optional ultra-low-NOx burner systems.
• Lightweight ceramic fiber insulation enables rapid startup, immediate high-fire capability, and thermal-shock resistance.

Combustion Management System:

The Devco Process Heaters HELIFLO includes a standard Combustion Management System (CMS) and can provide customized systems to fit each facility's specific needs. The CMS is designed to ensure safe, reliable combustion performance for a broad range of heater applications. 

• Designed in accordance with ASME & NFPA codes.

• Safety monitors continually monitor the process to prevent any errant fuel or ignition within the heater.
• Temperature-related equipment, capable of operating in harsh environments around the world
• Multi-fuel compatible.

Oil Circulation Skid: 

Circulation skids are designed to fit any hot-oil heater or thermal-fluid application. Its modular design allows the skid to be expanded as needed to meet required flow rates, incorporate filtration, and support an expansion tank, whether mounted on the skid or installed separately in the plant pipe rack. Systems can be furnished with a single 100% pump, dual 50% pumps, or other configurations to meet client requirements. 

• All circulation skids are designed in accordance with industry-standard codes (e.g., ASME, ANSI, NEC).

• Multi-heater compatible.
• Operator-friendly layout, designed for easy access to valves, hand-wheels, and motor wiring. 
• Delivered as a single integrated skid, with easy lift points for rapid installation.
• Standard ANSI pumps, with optional API pump configurations available.
