One explosion-proof ignition and flame monitoring system designed to meet multiple standards worldwide. The ZEECO® UNISPARK™ works to monitor and control process burner, thermal oxidizer or incinerator, and duct burner ignition systems. In addition, the UNISPARK system features a wide operating temperature range, allowing it to operate even in extreme environments. This, plus a wide range of certifications makes the UNISPARK the universal choice for any application.
The UNISPARK system houses both the spark generator and the flame amplifier in a single convenient housing made of corrosion-resistant cast aluminum. The spark generator is available in High Energy 2 Joule, High Energy 7 Joule, and High Tension 8 kV configurations. UNISPARK works with all Zeeco ignitors, and with those of other manufacturers as well. Please contact Zeeco for specific compliance with your application.
The UNISPARK system can include an optional flame rod amplifier that works with all flame rod sensing systems, and is SIL 2 capable for flame verification in Burner Management Systems. UNISPARK provides many system control options. Push buttons and lights can be provided for a manual system, or a relay can be selected for remote operation by the BMS system. When the flame relay option is selected, a flame on dry contact is always provided for connection to a BMS system.
