USA – BROKEN ARROW, OKLAHOMA – Zeeco, Inc. announced today Igor Guilarte López has been named Managing Director of Zeeco Mexico (known as Zeeco-Therme within Mexico). López has more than 30 years of experience in the energy sector and will lead the expansion phase of Zeeco’s joint venture with Industrias Therme.

“Zeeco has been serving the Mexican market for many years. We’ve made significant investments to scale operations in this region, and we are excited to have Igor on the team,” Darton Zink, President and CEO of Zeeco, said.

Zeeco joined forces with Industrias Therme in 2014 to establish Zeeco-Therme as the only combustion equipment manufacturer in Mexico. The venture began with a joint investment in a 50,000 ft2 manufacturing facility in Queretaro – a key component of Zeeco’s global manufacturing network. As the new Managing Director of Zeeco-Therme, López will lead the development of new business in the Mexican market.

“We are enthusiastic about the next step in our Zeeco-Therme joint venture,” said Richard Hojel, President and CEO of Zeeco-Therme. “We’ve developed an organization with strong capabilities and are now poised to extend our presence in the Mexican market. I am pleased that Igor has agreed to join the team and lead the organization. All of us at Zeeco-Therme are committed to Mexico and the Mexican energy market,” Hojel said.

“I am honored to join the Zeeco-Therme family,” said López. “Zeeco is a recognized leader in combustion and environmental technology, and I look forward to extending our world class products and manufacturing capabilities to power, oil & gas, and other industries in the Mexican region,” López said.
